Whenever I’ve had a dramatic change like in my career, there’s a part of me that has been afraid to massively mess up. Call it impostor syndrome, insecurity, or the self awareness of not having completed college, Whatever the reason or reasons are, it is always a little scary.
I’ve had to start over many times in my life. Time and again, however, I build on previous lessons. The experience and knowledge acquired serve as scaffolding I can climb to address the new challenges.
Some may read this and feel discouraged because they lack what they feel is “enough experience”. Here's the thing, it all counts. Every challenge you’ve already conquered, every minor achievement, everything you’ve done you can use to face the next challenge, because you already have some experience.
“Don’t be afraid to start over. This time you're not starting from scratch, you’re starting from experience”

I can attest that every single time, you start from experience.
